The Full Moon of May 16 was spectacular! The Moon was in deep dark Scorpio opposite the Taurus Sun (Full Moons are always oppositions).
What is really interesting astrologically and so full of symbolism is the Sun at 26 degrees Taurus is conjunct the most evil, malevolent, dangerous malefic star in the heavens--Algol. It is the eye in the Head of Medusa, held by Perseus.
Algol has always represented a fall from grace, usually by someone very powerful whose evil/wrong-doing is found out. On the 2 days touching the Full Moon day, I though it was interesting that not only was the Frenchman who is head of the IMF, tossed into jail for raping a hotel maid in NYC but also, Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former "Governator" admitted to fathering a child with his housekeeper over 10 years ago.
This is the stuff of Algol.
